I didn't receive my delivery

Did you receive an emailed invoice today? If not, you most likely were not scheduled to receive a delivery today.

Did you receive an order confirmation via email after customizing (or on Monday afternoon)? If not, you most likely were not scheduled to receive a delivery today.

Is it after 8pm? We deliver Tuesday through Friday, from 12-8 p.m. Your delivery time may vary from week to week. If you received an invoice today and it is before 8pm, you can still expect to receive your delivery.

Have you checked all doors, porches or the front desk (if you have workplace delivery)? It's possible your order may have been delivered to a different location than you have specified in your delivery instructions.
