Change your delivery frequency

This article details how to change your delivery schedule permanently, from either weekly to bi-weekly (starting the next available delivery week or the week after) or from bi-weekly to weekly starting next delivery.

  • After you have logged into your account, select the Deliveries tab.
  • Click the Frequency drop-down menu on the right hand side of the screen and select weekly or bi-weekly. If you are choosing bi-weekly deliveries, be sure to select the date you would like to receive your next delivery. Your every-other-week schedule will begin with the date displayed in the drop down.


  • Click the Save Changes button and your updated delivery schedule will appear on the left hand side of the screen. 

  • After you select Save Changes, if any date was altered, you will receive an email confirming the status of your next 12 deliveries.
