Cancelling an order - (after the 10 am deadline)

This article details how to cancel your order after the 10 am deadline (the day before your delivery), and also explains the fee associated with a late order cancellation.

All order cancellations requested after 10 am the day prior to your delivery, are subject to a $5.00 late order cancellation fee.

Because your order is placed directly with farmers and artisans every day at 10 am, orders cancelled after this deadline result in items being produced or harvested unnecessarily. 

Green BEAN Delivery however, does not pass these costs onto farmers and artisans. Any produce that is ordered, but not delivered to our members is donated to local area food banks. The $5.00 fee associated with late order cancellations assists in covering the cost of transporting these products to our community food banks/partners.

Each members first late order cancellation fee is typically waived and others may be as well, if extenuating circumstances exists. 

If an order is simply not customized to your liking, we may be able to change it - even after the Monday deadline! Please call or email us as soon as possible to discuss what items are available for customization after the deadline.

It is important to point out that not ALL products are available after 10am the day before your delivery. Many of our staple or artisanal items are ordered to the number the moment the store closes, and cannot be added after the deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
